very cool! Please keep the pictures coming!
I've never used brass, mainly b/c its rare that I've got a scrap laying around but I've done that with aluminum. Works great for welding up holes in sheet metal. It's cool that you took the time to share that.

Thanks for the comments.
Started setting up my coilovers
This is at full compression with 36" iroks, 39.5" will be going in instead.
After cycling the suspension I will need to angle the coilovers in a bit more because they are braking over when at full flex.

Re did the front 4-link, and installed coilovers in the front.
All links and coilovers are finally installed, suspension flexed to check for any binding and interference. So Now it needs to be all welded up, and gustets installed.
At ride height with 36's.

Man, that thing sits tall!
The picture makes it look like the drive shaft is awefully close to the lower link. Are you worried about interference.
It's all looking look.
Suspension: You sure are an awesome metal worker... you suck at spelling.

lol yeah my spelling is terrible, i should use spell check more often.
Drive shaft looks close, it’s been checked for interference when flexed in all position and I have about 1.5" of clearance between the links and driveshaft.
