We checked the 88 Jeep Waggoner pumpkin per your advice. It is on the drivers side and clears the pan by at least 2'' plus. The plan is to place bump stops to insure the T&T truss also does not damage the pan. We are using a 6" lift.

I have not purchased the lift yet and checked out your web site to contact you about it. with the thought of buying it from you, but could not find a phone number on your site.

From the Contact Us page....
If you'd like to talk to us instead of trading emails, just send us your phone number and we'll call you as soon as possible. All calls are returned the same day and generally within 1 hour of receiving your message.
I don't post a number due to the shear volume of telemarketing calls it generates. I'd spend all day telling those people I'm not interested, and that means less time actually getting work accomplished.

6.5" lift kit installed for fitment. We plan on installing the 8.8 ford rear end next week. We will have to remove the attaching points of the old jeep rear
end and reattach to the ford rear end.

Been a while and still at it. Looks like we're closing into finishing the mechanical phase.

We removed the engine to paint the bay black along with the interior fender wells. Engine is back in along with the trans. and transfer case.

The 6" lift insures the clearance needed for the 4.8. 25" to the bottom of the door sill. I can get in, but will have to make another arrangement for the wife.

Just received the adaptor for the air conditioner which include a new pump from Novak.

Radiator is out for installation of the elect. fans and shroud. Should be able to measure for the new drive shafts soon.

Purchased a new gas tank , old was dented. Also have to change out the sending unit to accommodate the additional fuel pressure needed by the Chevy engine.

There is a lot to think about to have a good outcome. I'm lucky to have a excellent helper, who is way out in front, and to The Novak people for their advice and assistance.

The following are some recent pics.

Thank you for your interest. Last time I posted. no one commented so I thought it was not worth the effort if there was no interest.
Almost done. I'll get back to you today sometime with the update.

Ran into a few bumps but still moving forward. The biggest was my helper moved on to work in the oil fields. We hope!! to be done by Dec.?
I came across power seats and had them redone in grey with a black canvas insert. I had the Aluminum bumper powder coated and mounted it. I think it looks great. It weighs nothing. I could pick it up with one hand, compared to a iron one that would weigh a lot more.
Note the 4" cowl to clear the new engine height.
I up graded the front to a later model, that's the reason for the color

Ordering drive shafts Monday. Picked up a couple power seats for $30.00 from Craig's List. Had them redone with grey vinyl and a black canvas insert. One thing I forget is that they are out of a 4 door and therefore the back does not release to make it easier to use rear, who cares.
