Still moving forward.
Picture is of the Jeep Waggoner front differential with the TNT truss welded to it. As soon as we get the front differential set we can then determine the lift height, and then decide on the tires.
The next photo is one of the FJ wheels I plan on using. They are 17" 6 lug 5/5 and clear the calipers with no problem.
Your thoughts on powder coating them a pewter color, or?
I did have the headers ceramic coated.
I was in Canada recently and saw a new Jeep painted Cactus Green. I'm also considering a bright silver, thoughts on color.
Was thinking on using a GPS speedometer due to tire, and trans.
That's all for now.

As I mentioned before I'm dependent on my fabricator on when we can move forward.
The Danna 44 Jeep Waggoner differential is installed. It's been rebuilt with all new gears, bearings, locking hubs, rotors, and brake pads, so it 's good to go.
We fitted the 4L60 trans and will build the trans mount next, [note the yellow tape] in the one photo.
Will be using a 6" lift for clearance of the engine, everything else looks like it will work with only minor alterations. I'm waiting to see which kit will have what I need.
I will have to open the hood to clear the intake, a 2" cowl will work fine.
I attached the latest photos.

I tried to open the site you recommend with no luck.
Planning on a bump stop to insure the suspension does not do damage to the pan if that is your thinking.

Do what you want, but I've already been down this road.

Got the link and viewed the pan you recommend. In reviewing the pan you recommend it looks the same. I printed it to check the dimensions on the one currently installed.
Can you tell me what happened to the original one. I don't plan to do any ***** out rock crawling. A 6" lift appears to give me plenty of clearance.
Thank you for your support and advice.

Cracked the pan when out rock crawling. The web of the diff just touched it and that's all she wrote.
Holley and Caddy CTS-v sumps are too long.
The one I linked to is perfect.
