I only have 31" tires so the rubbing is minimal. With the front bumper plastic still on I had some rubbing but with it removed I have no rubbing what so ever. I did install longer LCAs which did not come with the DPG lift, this pushed the front wheels forward so when flexing the tires don't contact lower fender by the front door. I do get a little rubbing in the rear when completely flexed out or if I hit a major bump at higher speeds, but the rubbing is very minor and I did not put in extended rear bumpsotps which would fix the problem. I ended up doing some minor trimming which helped a lot. I plan on going with 33" as soon as my 31" run out of tread. If you plan on running 33"s you have 3 options a) dont do any thing and let your tires destroy you fenders b) trim the hell out of your fenders or get get bushwhacker/ice land off road fenders c) add the appropriate bumpstops and do very minor trimming. If you are thinking about a lift from DPG, dont hesitate you wont find a better riding set up!

Rock Sliders
So its time to get some rock sliders. I have reviewed a lot of posts and have narrowed it down between ICR Stage III sliders or sliders from Rusty's Offraod. I was hoping for some final input before I pull the trigger.

I am planning on running JCRs ultimate sliders. But the stage 3s are actually a real nice piece. Seen a couple sets on a couple Cherokees in AK, definitely beastly.

BTW, your build is coming along great! Those trails down near Mojave look like a lot of fun.

33x10.5x15 BFGs
Well despite my original intent I am going bigger. My 31x10.5x15 BFG KM2s are out of life so I just ordered some 33x10.5x15 BFG KM2s. I will post pics when I get them mounted this Thursday.

Here you go, 33x10.5x15 BFGoodrich KM2s mounted on stock rims. I am running about 3.5-4" of lift and they fit great. I anticipated having to trim a little but they fit better than I expected! My plan is to raise the stock fender flares about 2" and do the standard wheel well trim front and rear. I am going wheeling this weekend, I am still on the fence fence about getting 1.5" wheel spacers. As a side note I do have a set of crager soft 8s but for whatever reason on this build I want to stick with the stock aloy rim.

Chop Chop no more Fenders
I trimmed and rolled the rear fenders and rimed the from fenders. I still need to paint the fender edges and raise/remount my stock fender flares. I did some hard wheeling today and found the rear tires only rub the inner wheel well at full flex so I just ordered some RC 1.5" wheel spacers... problem solved.

Re-gear definitely, I have a 5 speed with stock 3.07 gears D30 and D35. I did notice a drop in power on the street, its even worse on the trail. I am looking for a donor XJ with a Chry 8.25 and 3.77s that I can steal both front and rear axles form. I would rather replace my D35 before it self destructs on the trail.
