I had time to finish the rear of my lift today. I have the Ford 8.8 under it but I am not happy using the stock ford stuff so I will be ordering some new leaf spring mounts, ubolts, and ubolt plates before I burn it in. I also have to get my Dshaft lengthened so I can set my pinion angle. I did the add a leaf, HD offroad shackle relocators, and IRO lift shackles. I still need to install the front and rear shocks but I plan to make use my rear sway bar mounts for the rear shocks and I'll figure something out with fronts. Here it is and boy does it look goofy without some bigger tires.
I had to extend the drivers side mount about 1" and had some extra steel laying around so I added some more support to the drivers mount.
I also added a second spacer to the passenger side mount. I could not lower the motor mount on the engine side anymore than I did because of the upper mounting hole on the motor side. Because of this I cut 2 3/16" spacers out of some extra steel I had laying around. There is actually around 3/4" of an inch from the mount the VNT actuator and plenty of room for a vac line there.
Here she is again sitting in its final position. The motor will be moved one more time so I can weld some more support on the frame side mounts and finish painting the mounts black. but its is where it will be staying thanks to Randy's (EVguy's) awesome motor mounts. I could have built the motor mounts myself from scratch but they would not look anywhere near as nice as these.
I am not looking forward to trying to squeeze a 2.5" exhaust through here. I did build a 5" downpipe for my compound turbo 2nd gen cummins, it again was a pain but I can make it happen. I plan to use a summit DIY 2.5" kit or this and maybe add a 2.5" muffler to it.

Oh I also forgot I notched the AX15 bellhousing to accept my Valeo starter today. I had to pull the motor and tranny again to get this done but the starter is in and ready to go. I also pulled the gas tank from the jeep so I can modify it to accept a 5/16" feed/return line WITHOUT the stock fuel pump in the system. Before I put anything else back together in the rear of the Jeep I have to do a LOT of sandblasting in the back section and I need to fix some rust over the passenger axle in the unibody.

I decided to try to get a few minutes of work done today. I installed my master/slave cylinder, brake booster, and all new hard lines through the entire jeep. I just need to find time to put my u joints in my front axle shafts, install my calipers and soft brake lines
Here she is with the new lines installed.

I was able to spend about an hour yesterday working on the Jeep. I put new Moog Super strength u-joints in the axle shafts out of my 2000 Cherokee and swapped them into my 95 4.10 hp30. I also installed all new brake up front including some 94 chevy 2wd front soft lines.

Well today was a HUGE day for me. I got the wiring harness's in the Jeep and wired in enough to make sure I had the wiring right. Thanks to about 5 hours of research and soldering it fired first shot and ran wonderfully for not having anything plumbed up.
I have tried 5 or 6 times to upload the video but I cannot get it to upload on photobucket to add it to this thread.

Anyone know how to get a long video off your phone to post it up?
