Default Serious Long arm 4.5in

Hello all, I am looking at getting rid of my old tuff country 3.5" lift kit and going with 4.5" kit. I was wondering if anyone had any input or experience with the long arm package offered from serious offroad?

bang for buck that serious offroad kit ROCKS! I'd make a couple changes to it to lower the price if that's an option. like no discos, etc

I like my Full Traction kit so far. It's listed as 3.5", but the rear springs are probably closer to 4.5". The back hasn't settled, so I'll probably swap the front springs at some point to 4" or 4.5" to even it out. Their kit is a 4-link instead of radius arms, if you prefer one or the other.

Would that 6.5 3 link plus 4 link rear coil conversion be good on the highway?

seems like everyone on this forum is in over their head on upgrades lately. you're looking at a $3000 lift kit and your first question is if it's good on the freeway..

I have absolutely no intention of putting coils in the rear of an xj. I was just wondering. As a DD i think rear leafs do a much better job anyways for hauling and stability.

Okay, I've been reading good things about Rubicon Express and I like that the kit includes the SYE and drive shaft. I was primarily considering this kit or the BDS long arm kit.

I highly recommend Serious Offroad's LA setup. I've had mine on over a year and it rides incredibly well both at highway speed and offroad.

Serious Longarms are going to be my next suspn mod on my XJ but I'm adding a 2nd lockers and rear bumper first.

I really like that it uses teraflex joints and if I need to pick up spares teraflex is about 10 minutes from my house (partially the reason I run Upper and Lower Adjustable teraflex arms )
