Drove back down Tower Rd where I rolled the XJ. Still found pieces of my headlight and turn signals after more than two months.

Here's the turn I was entering into:

And this is where I went over twice:

You should take that turn signal cover and put it on your MJ as tribute

If there was a full one, maybe lol. New body style XJ to old-style MJ doesn't mesh, and not a whole lot survived the roll. I just found a few broken pieces of glass and plastic on the side of the road.

News of the day:
Called Line-X this morning. Getting the bed done Monday @11.

Minor update:
I took in the battery from the XJ to get tested. It was pushing 6V, so I put the warranty toward the purchase of a new Optima Yellow Top.

Well it isn't in quite yet. The MJ battery is still working, but I figured I might as well swap it since I don't know how old it is. I removed the drop-in bedliner today (with 96xjclassic's help) to prep for Line-X tomorrow. I'm about to go to the self-wash and spray out the dirt and debris that's in the bed. When I get home from that, I'll write down my radio presets and do the battery swap. By the time I finish that, I'll want to rest a little before I go back to work tonight.

Glad I'm getting the bed done tomorrow, cause I'll be starting my move to the new apartment on Friday. She's gonna get a workout, and I want the bedliner to fully cure beforehand.

I had no idea a battery would make such a noticeable difference. I love my yellow top.
