I think they both have good and bad sides. Real time pro; learn from others mistakes, following a build somehow makes the viewer feel more involved, helpful input or opinions can be given to help the builder. Cons, sometimes takes forever, threads can reach hundreds of pages, scrolling reveals little "real" progress sometimes.
After completion pros; everything wrapped into one tidy package, before/after is evident, doesn't drag on. Cons; important details are omitted, once thread is posted it can be forgotten quickly; and let's be honest, are jeep builds every really done?? No, the answer is no, so it will probably turn into a real-time build anyway.
Now then, as far as your build:
I really don't have words for it. Awesome? Well planned and executed? Insane? All of the above? The only thing I can pick to gripe about is its going to be too darn pretty to beat on!!

The RAM Assist and brand new WJ gear is back from PSC guys and gals they were very awesome to get it on a great turn around time..Thanks PSC for the help in this Project.
Got the reservoir in and bracketed then was looking at the hose running to the fan yep and its Hydro assisted so with a WJ....So had to ask for a 90degree fitting for the auxiliary outlet since the brake cylinder is right in the way.

Just when i thought the tone ring situation was over may be back to figuring out this problem. wanted to use a super chip to dial everything in. whats the answer? can or cant be used without the tone rings? would like some feedback on this?

Fri had the front axel and tires on to check turn radius and travel and travel was fine turn radius not so much. After trimming as far as we can rubber was in the foot panels still and the Clayton 6" Long Arms had some clearance issues as well, so break it down and fabricate.This is wear it gets tricky everything in front is Steering components and the PRO ROCK 60's fat *** pumpkin also was demanding some room. The 8" of total lift was cutting it real close..
so now its trimming the front Bumper and fender moving the washer fluid to someplace? The Track Bar Bracket has to move forward.

So while the front was doing what WJ's do when you try to take them into BEAST mode we jumped to the rear and strengthened the rear lower fenders and measured the bumper for a trim.
when you think you have a plan when 38" of tire is your goal, throw it out the window when working on WJ 2001.. The front Axel is forward 2 inches now and with after market axles min 10 inches of lift is required to have enough travel for a daily driver.
Shaved off the 2 inches of fender well shrouding and it gave some room. but still not enough.

Dropped the springs in to see the cutting that has to occur with the new bumper first time the Vehicle is on the axles and tires to get an idea if more ht is needed for this daily driver that will be traveling across america.It is going to need more room under the front?Dont want it catching to much Air at 80 MPH.

Well so far the worked sub"d has been great until we went to get the seats. had my Regroup partner with me when we brought the Jeep to the upholstery shop and he we got in and pushed and tugged and he 70 y.o. man and said 500. no more than that and the material included. Now we are there for the seats ,so I load the seats and I am over excited they look good and ask him for the bill and he has to put it together and he slides a 1300.00 invoice.. I look at him and said thats the wrong price... any body else have this same experience with upholstery men? I had commercial roofing business back in the Day I would have never tried that on a hand shake deal.Than again I never did it in a hand shake but old guy seemed harmless, and he got me with the price i never checked around. Broke all the rules in the ART of The Deal.
So now I have to say a serenity prayer or some voodoo chant to calm my **** down when I am in these seats... sucks
