Looks good. There is certainly a great satisfaction in knowing you built something totally custom.
Well, until you are tired of building something totally custom... I have probably 300hrs in just wiring/soldering/electronics in mine. And still not done.
Keep it up though!

Well, after much hemming and hawing, and research, and changing my mind a dozen times I finally settled on and ordered my lift. A 5.5" IRO long arm kit, should be here next week

Finally was able to make it to the car parts store to pick up an add-a-circuit to finish wiring up the switches in the console.
Add-a-circuit plugged into the switched accessory fuse.
Let there be lights

I also ordered an Ultragauge, got here in two days . A buddy of mine has one and they're pretty sweet, gives you realtime fuel and engine data and can check engine codes. Anyway, simply installed it on the dash and ran the wire down the a-pillar to the OBDII port.

Can you leave that thing plugged in at all times? I know basically all of the the obd2 plugin devices can drain the battery if left plugged in but I like the idea of that thing. How much did it cost you btw?

Yeah it turns on and off automatically with the ignition. And I don't believe it draws anything when it's off but even if does it's completely negligible, even with my old anemic battery. They're $60 after the factory rebate.

Picked up a set of "used" 33x12.50 Goodyear MTR Kevlars (less than 100 miles ).
Got a great deal on them, now just need a spare...
Also scored some free recovery gear and a killer ammo can
That's a bag of tools btw...

I run the IRO 5.5 long arm make sure you order the flex joint for the upper arm mount on the dana 30. The stock bushing doesn't last long. Other than that its been a great kit no problems what so ever. Jeep looks great.

I installed a set of bushwacker flat flares over the weekend. The instructions they provide are shockingly good and it all went without a hitch. That being said, it says somewhere they take 1-3 hours to install...took two of us about 5 hours. Granted, we weren't trying to set any records but still, 1-3 hours my ***. Enough rambling and on to the pics!
A nut on the rear end and the factory flare just pulls off its bracket (that was the hardest thing to figure out...)
7 more nuts and the brackets are gone. They're so flimsy that just taking the nuts off twisted them up into a ball.
New brackets fitted up and marked for trimming. It's pretty easy to see here how much more clearance you get. Not a lot of vertical but a solid 2" both front and rear.
Trimmed and painted. Factory splash shield also trimmed and reinstalled. Its held in with those stupid plastic panel fasteners but fortunately the kit comes with new ones so you can just cut the old ones out.
And just like that the front is done.
A close up of how the splash shield is held in, its just tucked behind the flare; make sure not to cut off too much.
Pretty much the same story for the rear.
No rust
Pretty straightforward, just cut and fold. The rears went way faster than the front.
Now its just needs a lift and bigger tires, it looks kinda goofy as it sits...

Looks like your off to a great start. Very well done on the OHC, love the clean look! I may have to look into the UltraGuage.
