Got some new parts ready to go in, almost. Need to drill/tap steering box and mount the ram. Mounting on beefed up diff cover(not finished yet) Used 3/16 and 1/8 plate to beef it up. I will also replace diff cover bolts with grade 8 longer bolts. Parts list is: new stock pump from napa, I will open the hole in it up to 3/16. Other them that it will remain stock. Got a stock steering box that will just be drilled and tapped. NAPA tranny cooler, dimensions are 5x12. 2 quarts of royal purple power steering fluid. And a surplus center 1.5x1x6 ram. Just need installed and then measure for lines. Not sure if I need a remote resivore or not, will test and find out after install. Any tips are welcome, or if you want to come drill and tap a steering box I'll buy the beer lol

Well, drilled and tapped the new box. Didn't take it apart, used rare earth magnets and grease. And cleaned it real good. Now just need to mount ram and measure for lines. Hole drilled was 33/64. Tap was 9/16x18. Fittings are SAE-6 male, 3/8 npt swivel female 45 degree.
Tested on old box first to make sure I hit the rite spots

Got it all done. Took a while to bleed the whole system, lots of air and fluid bubbling out. Tested it out in the front yard. Pulled my tire up to a tree an turned, pushed the jeep rite over. Going out next weekend and we'll see how it does. Also welded the front end up, hopefully the hubs hold up

Got some new shocks, 5100 series bilstein. Gained a little down travel so it's a win. Also got some actual limit straps, 18" pro comps. And just messing around making sure that hydro lines aren't binding up. Will finish it all in the morning
