Well ended up running fresh brake lines everywhere besides the drivers front. What a fun job that was. Also put new rear cylinders, and shoes on while I was in there. Now just need to bleed them and il have breaks again. Now to figure out what I want to do about the rear shocks?! PO welded the bar pins in. Don't really want to take the time to clean it all up, just to be able to re use the stock mounts... Might just hack them off at the bar pin/bushing and cut/bend some tabs up to weld in and eliminate the bar pins completely. Thought about hoops, would def like to go that route...but I need this thing done like asap. May 3 is the trip, and I want at least a week of test & tune before. Might not happen.

Clayton's installed
The major stuff isn't what worries me. It's all the small crap that does. I have most my big stuff done for now...just all the little tweaks and little side stuff to make it drive/run right is really stressing me out. I think next weekend will be all about getting little crap done. And try to have the motivation to do one little thing a night after I get home from work...

New calipers and pads on the front today. Drivers seat mounted up. One rear shock hacked off... Drivers side is kinda sketchy with the open gas line right next to it. Lol brakes bled and functioning. Successful day. If I keep going at this rate it might be done in time. Still have a good 4-5 hours to work on it tonight if I keep motivation.

Fronts I used 95 GMC 1500 2wd lines they are 21.5" long I think...
Warning: I had to grind the tab on the caliper off for the line to sit perfectly flush on the caliper...no big deal takes a whole 2mins with an angle grinder. You can probably get away without doing it, just the way I wanted my lines to sit I had too.
And rear I used 94 wrangler rear brake hose 16.75" Long I believe. About 2-3" longer then stock...

Until it's seen in person and all the hack jobs come to life! Lmao.
Think I might have made a mistake. Lol chopped off the 2x6 rocker/sliders cause I didn't like the way they looked...so just dug myself back into the hole I was starting to make my way out of :/.

Sounds like a plan. I need to get some box steel for rocker supports, can prolly get that this week... Need to figure out some sort of recovery, also some type of bar pin eliminator for the rear upper mounts, I cut the old shocks off at the bar pins...nasty mess up there. Lol. My jeep will by no means be "done" for the blessing, but hope to have it good to wheel at least.
