Ah, you know me. I'm so easily distracted by purdy/shiny objects. Lol.

Mini update.
Just ordered all of the pieces to retrofit HID projectors w/angel eyes into my XJ. They should hopefully be here in a few weeks.
**EDIT**
My overhead console just arrived.

Another mini update.
Dropped the Cherokee off at a shop to have the balljoints, axle u-joints, and front driveshaft replaced. They are also going to be installing the extended bumpstops (front), rear leaf springs, Fox/BDS shocks (so pumped for these shocks), and figuring out why I have some insane belt squeal when I turn on the A/C.
Looks like I'm going to need longer brake lines. Going to go with braided steel ones.
Before anyone says anything about "build not bought"; trust me, there are plenty of other things that I'm going to be doing myself.
This was on my drive home from class today. Red XJ (mine ), red TJ, and a red JK. All two doors and all red = EPIC!!!
And while we're on the topic of TJ and JK Wranglers...

Teaser Update.
Here's a teaser for the HID projector project that I'm currently working on (along with many other projects ). They are true projectors and use a 35w balast and have white angel eyes and green "devil eyes" (just because I can lol. ). I will still have High and Low beam and they are 100% plug-and-play (except adding the heavy duty harness + to the battery +).
off
with angel eye and devil eye on
with angel eye, devil eye, and projector on [note to self: don't look directly at them when trying to take a picture. these suckers are BRIGHT! ]

I see what you did there.
Lol. Thanks!
Yeah. Supercharger and HID projectors. How can it possibly go wrong?
**edit**
Just got my Heep back from the shop and I now have braided steel brake lines and a set of new to me 32x11.5 Goodyear MTRs w/ Kevlar!
So far, my first impression is that I love them! They seem to ride a little bit smoother than the BFGs and they also sound a little bit quieter too. I can't wait to see how this tread pattern performs in the snow.

Mini update. Lots-o-Pics
360 came over to pick up the 31s and 3" lift today. So... MOAR JEEP MONEYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My boredom finally got to me today so I decided to test fit my HID projectors and see how they looked/worked. I didn't do a night shot because it was starting to rain so I had to yank them out and put the Sylvanias back in before the clouds decided to release a torrential downpour. (which it didn't )
Went out to get Chinese Food first and I wasn't paying attention to the car I parked in front of and then I saw that it was a Jeep. And as I was about to leave, a Liberty parked next to me. WIN!!
The projector is hooked up to a jump box because the light was flickering and I thought I had a bad ground (I put the projector in really quick and grabbed a ground at the nearest possible point). Turns out I hadn't let the bulb warm up long enough. Lol. They work perfectly fine after they've warmed up. (I'd forgotten that HIDs have a warm-up period)
The angel eye and devil eye were not hooked up in any of these pictures because this was only a test fit.
Mmmmmmmmm.
Low beam. (the cutoff is crooked because I just have to straighten the projector a little bit)
High beam.
I didn't put in the passenger side because I didn't feel like playing with 23,000volts in the rain.
I really like how they look when off and the light output seems to be much better than stock (or even my "upgraded" sylvania silverstars). I can't wait to install them for real!
Just some lol worthy material below.
^^I love this guy. He says the funniest things!

Their lights produce the correct amount of light for a bi-xenon system, and they have a proper cut-off. If you fail to understand that than you simply fail at life. I'm not going to spend another night arguing with children, so if you want to whine about your marvelous twinkle light set-up than I suggest to go back to CF to do so. They'll gladly drink your milkshake.

X2
Thanks! I'm diggin the red too. Lol.
Not much to update unfortunately... Still waiting on some things before I can put the supercharger on.
Got my brakes fixed though. Gotta love working under my Jeep and my dad gets in to move it forward a bit so I can check the pinion angle and when he steps on the brakes, all I see is brake fluid pouring out of the passenger caliper...
Lets just say that the drive to the shop was sketchy at best. Lol.
I also changed out the speedo gear so my speedo actually reads properly. And I FINALLY HAVE REAR BUMPSTOPS!!!!!!!!! Took me forever to get around to making those spacers. Extended bumpstops with a 1.5" aluminum spacer [painted black, of course].
