Still waiting for the smaller (2") LEDs for my side markers, and they still need paint and final assembly but here are my LED taillights so far

Yep I had the red hooked up the brake light setting. I built the boxes from 16ga with my Dayton flux booger welder

I wonder how they will look with the boxy body style. Cool project.

JCR or Rustys or some company makes a box just like these, they cost like 110 bucks. Even if they aren't as pretty or exactly perfect dimensions I'd rather build my own

Got the rest of my LEDs in today. I'm gonna cut the holes, assemble, paint, wire, and install them tomorrow!

Build is looking awesome man. I like the custom taillight assembly, it's all about being unique in my opinion.

Finally got around to posting a pic of my taillights since I finished them. Went to play in some snow the other day, and that 4 inches of wet snow was the final nail in the coffin for those stupid Baja Claws. Got rid of them and got a set of half tread SSRs today, and so far I love them so much more.

One of the SSRs has a leak I need to fix, my less than a year old power steering pump is failing, and my trans is doing some weird **** now. I just can't win
Hopefully changing the trans fluid will fix it, and adding a cooler and fixing the leaks while I'm at it

My tranny did some weird things this year as well. Wouldn't hold 1st after a good hard hill climb, or yankn the f*** out of somebody or anything out of normal riden really. 98 dodge 1/2 ton trans cooler and re-did tranny lines out of 3/8 hard lines. No rubber lines anywhere in tranny. Didnt have any issues after tht. And FYI I just had a little tiny cooler before tht. With about 3.5 ft of rubber line total, and bypassed the radiator totally
