I remounted my hi-lift (finally) after dragging it across several rocks and bending my mounting bolts on my Hi-Lift mount. Used Stainless Steel hardware with a standard carriage bolt for now. I will replace it with a grade 5 stainless bolt too. I just wanted to get the right size bolt before i bought it. The bungie cords are there to hold the handle of the jack so it does not move or rattle. The "horn" or hook of the jack is under the rack so it can not grab anything. And the jack is tucked in close enough to the jack to not cause any head aches.
Also i did put the pin back in for the base of the jack

Thanks man! i think its time for a 60" tho instead!
I originally had it on top of the bars but then the hook has to face out. so that didnt sit well with me so i decided to try it this way. and well it worked!

Yeah, btw what size lift are you running? I skimmed through your first page but it was long and hard to follow with all the pics and the mini bar on the side to slide. LOL

5" front, 6"-6.5" rear.
I am waiting on some money to replace the front coils. They offered me 1/2 off the next size up in coils. I am running 4.5" lift coils with 3" spacers (because the front coils keep sagging... Bad...) so the front is only 5"......
so they offered me 1/2 off the price for new 6.5" lift coils. Once i get those then it will be a full 6.5" all the way around.

and yes they are really sagged....
one side provides 1/4" lift and the other side provides 2 1/4" lift.... compared to stock coils... I just wish they would have replaced them under warranty. but they did give me a good deal

I was thinking of going with a 4.5 but Im think 6.5 should be good. That way Im set and dont have to repeat the work and purchase process. I take it there is no problem driving it on the road.

DO IT! and not a problem at all! it rides really really nice on the road. Specially with the adjustable upper and lower control arms make for a great ride! and the rear leaves are built off a RC 4.5" main leaf then all custom leafs after that so the rear is supportive for loads yet nice on the road
