I don't see why not? I won't be able to run a rack due to garage height if I want to service the jeep, but if I had one and it needed coated. I'd pick non-rubberized bedliner.

Ya I'll just use the bed-liner spray cans, either Rust-Oleum or Dupli-Color. I'm thinking about using it for my front end parts as well, grill, header panel, and headlight surrounds.

Sanded the rack down and shot it with self etching primer, then hit it with 3 cans of bed liner in as thin of coats as I could. Did the gas door too. Tomorrow I'll reinstall the front lights and install the rears.

Got a lot of work planned for this weekend:

Finish the rack
Reinstall front lights
Install rear lights
Pull off front and rear bumpers
Sand, prime, and bedline front and rear bumpers
Sand, prime, and bedline the lower rockers

Really wanna go down to pick n pull and find an 8.25/D30 combo with 4.10 gears. Wish I had some friends in the Sacramento area that I could go junkyarding with.

Itching to pull the trigger on my lift, Credit Card company raised my limit a hilarious amount and I really wanna order it.

Thanks man, I'm all messed up lol. Got into a car accident 11 years ago, hit a big rig head on and basically crushed the left half of my body. Shattered my femur, had crush syndrome in every muscle in that leg, not fun. Air bag hit me hard enough to rupture 2 internal organs and I almost bled out twice. Have a metal hip, a bad knee, and arthritis in basically every joint. Was in the hospital for 6 weeks and didn't walk for over a year. When the weather gets cold and rainy like it has been my whole body just stoves up and I'm completely useless.

Good grief man! Well I am glad you're here to tell the story and to take your wife on a vacation. That should be very nice.

I know the feeling. I was in a head on collision 3 years ago. I Still have no feeling in my right hand, my back is shot and my orthopedic is wondering how I am even able to stand let alone walk. And my right knee is due for a procedure to repair the joint due to cartilage loss. And at times because of the spinal damage caused by the accident I can turn my head and lose all feeling in my right arm and leg and all ability to feel pain in my left hand.

I was not so lucky. I ended up injuring my spine since the airbag failed to deploy. Now I have to see a chiropractor weekly to realign my spine and to relieve a series of pinched nerves in my neck.

The Lift is Ordered. Getting a Zone 3" add-a-leaf with hydro shocks from Rockridge 4wd in Washington, got a great deal.
