Well,
I've been busy getting this stuff done so I can get this rig back on the road.
So here's how my weekend went;
Finished up the frames for the flairs and skinned them with 18 gauge sheet metal.
Then trimmed them down.

I'm sure there's other ways to do this, but here's how I did it;
I painted the edge of the gap on the bottom of the door with anti-seize.
Then I pressed a cutout from a PBR box against it to transfer the shape.
Then it was just a mater of cutting out the template.
The one template worked great for both sides.
