Been quite a while since my last update, I've done a few things.
1) I dropped the TC/arm bracket down to the second set of holes, effectively a 1" TC drop. It helped get rid of some vibrations, the rest disappeared after driving around with 250lbs of concrete in the back for 2 weeks (settling the springs).
2) To accommodate the rear discs I had to swap out the the spring and plunger in the distribution block/non-adjusting proportioning valve to a spring/plunger from a 95 ZJ.
3) Installed a hitch with a bolt strip to spread the load evenly.
4) took it out for some test flexxing, this is where I found out that I need limiting straps. I flexed the passenger side too much and it pulled the brake line up loosening it, causing me to loose my brakes (no pic of that though).
5) Finally got around to installing the V8 tierod
6) Got a rustys bumper scratch and dent for a good price, cheaper than materials plus my time designing/welding it.
7) I cut the fangs off
Cut off the inner support as well.
Complete (besides rotating the horns up)
I got a few more things to do, get around to fixing the rockers. Swap out the rear hatch glass, and get the windows tinted, also get a new drive shaft, and of course limiting straps probably ruffstuffs. Then I'm pretty much done for a while and I can start my MJ build. The MJ will be a lot of custom fab, I'm thinking 4.5" LCOG leafs up front dana 60s and 36/37 millitary tires.

No, I don't lick fish.
Nice build man. I'm trying to remember if I've seen this jeep rolling around, but I don't think I have. I'll have to visit your Jeep "Mecca" one day and enlist your help on some upgrades!

It's likely you haven't, I've only been driving it like this since mid september, Mostly on the SE side. Taking it camping to Rodman over thanksgiving for some boating and trail play, hopefully I'll get some good pics/vids.
I wish I could have entered it at Jeeptoberfest, but I didn't feel like destroying my brake lines without limiting straps. So we "settled" and entered the scrambler. lol

Haha... right on. Yeah, i didn't have the money for entry fee this year otherwise I would have ran it. Would have been the 3rd consecutive year running the stock trail in a 2wd cherokee. lol

lol nice The trails ran very smooth this year thanks to all the bypasses, it's a shame though that they didn't put the moderate course mudpit closer to the spectating area.
Small update, I got some parts today. New steering stabilizer, liftgate struts and a locking gas cap. Everything is already on the jeep but the stabilizer as it started raining.
I found out today that my pioneer headunit died on me, it's less than 3 months old. So I'll have to get amazon to send me a free replacement. I checked all the fuses and grounds. The plug that goes into the radio gets memory power and switch power so it's good and the fuse on the back of the radio is fine. It won't turn on though, no music/static or display lights.
