Adjustable Shackles are machined from 1.25" dia. solid steel and 1.75" x .281-wall DOM with 3" of adjustment for a lift of 1.75" to 3.5." Fine-tune your rear lift height in 1/24" increments. 10-1/4" between mounting bolt centers, fully extended.

So the rear setup ended up netting me about 7.5" of lift and that is with the shackles on their lowest setting(screwed all the way in) . Since I'm piecing this together I had to drill the shims and spring perches as they were all different sizes. I also found out the rear hardlines are not the original lines, the left line was bent from a piece that you get from the auto store so it's a little too long. The right side is likely from another cherokee, the emergency brake lines are brand new but the right side doesn't fit because the muffler needs to be moved/replaced. The 6 degree shims paired with the crossmember for IRO long arms should keep me from having to purchase a SYE right now. iirc the crossmember drops the transfer case a good 1.5" or so at least it did on my friends ZJ when we did his. So next thing to order is IRO long arm upgrade + double sheer trackbar and 2" drop pitman arm and shocks then she should be good to drive.
and here are the pics:

been busy at work, so I haven't been able to do much :/
In the last few weeks I received the long arm upgrade kit from IRO along with their double sheer trackbar, drop pitman arm, 2" pucks for the front, rugged ridge SYE.
I got the crossmember on, and replaced the transmission mount as it was pretty bad.
here's the nasty angle from the rear being lifted 7.5"
Next parts to buy are the alloy usa version of the posi lock, my 33x10.5x15 km2s, shocks and some wheel spacers.

Did some more work this weekend getting ready for the long arms. I torqued down all the bolts on the subframe assembly and found out I need to re-thread another one of the frame holes(this makes 2) Since the stock threads are screwed up, I'm just re-threading them to the 7/16" that the other bolts are.
In the process I found how bad the front brakes are, The pads are pretty warn down and the rotor is pretty thin, so I need to look at some possible upgrades or at the very least replacements.
I also took the shocks off. (terribly blurry)
and the swaybar + links, the bushings are still good even though I bought replacements.
I also put the extended brake lines on, they came off surprisingly easy which is good as I don't feel like having to make up new hard lines like I had to do for my entire Comanche.
I checked all the bolts on the stock arms, I was able to break them all loose easily so This coming Friday I should be able to get the front arms/springs/trackbar/DPA/upgraded v8 tie rod on the vehicle. Then sunday through wednesday install the SYE and some parts I'm about to order now
I have a spare front drive shaft so Hopefully that will fit as I don't want to have a custom driveshaft made or have to cut mine for this D35 I want to wait till I do my 8.8 upgrade.

Plans changed a little so I started it monday, had a few hours to mess with it.
I started the front today, between tearing everything apart I had to assemble the long arms and trackbar.
assembling the long arms
Assembling the track-bar
Pulling the pitman arm, so I can use one with more drop to keep my steering more parallel.
The difference between the old one and the new one side by side
And finally how she sits at the end of today.
Going to finish the front lift tomorrow (tuesday) and start on the sye as well. My tires will be here wednesday afternoon so I can go thursday and get them mounted and balanced properly. I got some internal snap ring pliers from sears today to make the sye easier, I'll take some more pics of that since most lifts are pretty straight forward.

Well I finished the front today, will do the SYE tomorrow as it shouldn't take more than 2.5 hours.
Both LCAs are on and the track bar mount.
Sitting on it's own for the first time.
Front view
Other side
Complete shot.
Tires will be here tomorrow so more pics then.

I am doing the same thing as you. I went with a 4.5 inch with long arms. Your brake lines look way longer than mine I ordered from amazon. I think I might need to go longer lol.

Same here but it's always nice to see what other people think and to hear their advice.
