Howdy! it's been about a year of having this jeep and i've never got to post my jeep build. Back when i was a junior is high school my dad was looking for a vehicle that i wouldn't get killed in, so he turned to one of our family friends who is a parts manager at a ford motor company in town, and asked what kind of vehicles he had and he told him.. Well i got a 88 jeep cherokee at the house i only use it during the winter to get up to my house, its a straight drive with a 4.0. Got it for $950, fixed an alternator issue that it had and got it up and running.

The Gray Ghost had an alright interior, headliner was falling down replaced it with black, and washed the carpet and also tinted the windows 5%

got a 2" Lift and needed tires found some for $125 Federal Courgias MT

Got the Federal Couragias home and me and dad jacked the jeep up and took them rims and tires off and also washed it down

Got the tires mounted and balanced for free from a friend and washed it

Front tires on the Federals were worn till the wires were showing so i got some some kumho ATs in 30s

Also bought a Skyjacker steering stabilizer. Bought black leather seat covers and mossy-oak floor mats.

Christmas rolled around and my buddy with the wrangler had a pretty sound system so i was looking forward to getting that for christmas.

Goode(Friend) had 1 Alpine 12R with 1800 watt Kenwood Amp

I got two 12" MTX Terminators with a 1000 Watt amp

I always had the bass turned up really high and i guess it drew too much attention... and so my vehicle was broken into and they stole my subs and amp had the amp mounted on the back of my rear bench seat and they ripped it out of the seat and the worse part.. was they took a picture of my girlfriend for some sick and strange reason.. idk who did it cause i never really locked my doors cause the locks are a ***** to open when your trying to let someone in.. and so from that day forward i never left my vehicle unlocked..

I got tired of my Stock rims so i went to craigslist and found someone selling a set of used Cragar D-window 15x8s for $125 so i went and bought them got them home and ceramic coated them black

Well it's been a while since ive posted on my build thread, the other day i got bored and decided to go wheelin at a local spot behind a walmart where i live..

XJ6 pulled me out with his wrangler and neither of us had a chain so we used a ratchet scrap and it worked but sadly the strap broke once i was out

Flexin' it 2" lift

Currently in the process of piecing together a 3" to put on top of my 2" and buying some 32s or 31s

and i also did the LED dash mod lately really happy with how it turned out, and im in the process of turning all my lights into red LEDs also picked up some 4.6 injectors and a 1990 overhead console from Pull-a-Part.

Time to put the front coil springs on
