We are definitely going to flashlight drags on May 31st. Depending on how everything works out I may go to prp the day before as well, but that's just an option as of right now. I don't think the RaceJeep will stand a chance against a 900hp anything right now, but it's coming along.
Drive shaft is under 7lbs WITH the ujoints.

Lol he's going after that turbo viper, was the only thing to beat him last year when he was at 636 hp before 180 shot. I don't think he's going to mess with spray on this new set up. I may be up there on the 31st, if I can make it, my girl will be out of town too 😆. Also holy light weight drive shaft. That is crazy. I'm sure it is stronger as well. You may need some sort of anti wrap/anti hop setup for the rear end, have you though about that yet? I'm sure you have, just checking.

Yea, that's the whole point of all the new suspension. The split monos, sliders, shocks and big rear sway bar will all help keep it planted but the caltracs main purpose is to keep the axle wrap under control and the wheel hop to a minimum.

Okay I did some research on them, they are sweet. I honestly seen the picture and where you said caltrac, but had no clue what so ever what they were. Good deal man. Hope to see you up in w burg soon.

Did a little custom rollpan. Nothing major, and can still use some finishing, but I think it helps the look plus shaved some weight.

Lol, good eye, was hoping no one would notice. But to answer your question, both sliders are the same, the rear bumper was tweaked though and isn't 100% straight. Details that I still have to iron out

The race got delayed a week until this Sunday the 7th. Gave me time to double check everything and went ahead and got my new inspection for this year. I've already got the next round of upgrades lined up. Then it will just be time to wait on the big money stuff.

Yea Marty. I'm not super thrilled about the current ride height, but it has already settled some since the picture was taken and hopefully will drop it some more soon. I can't go 3-4" due to me staying spring over axle.
Went to the races. It's an untimed event, so no good info, but she launched well and went undefeated. Nothing really good, due to it being a rain rescheduled date, but your typical foxbody, imports and even a decent running srt4.
As far as upcoming plans I've already got the list made.
Upgraded motor and transmission mounts
sway bar disconnects
New sway bar bushings
New front axle bushings
more weight reduction and a new wheel/tire combo is due.
