starting at less than 3000, its a good start, but just that, a start.
Got a solid tune up in. plugs, wires, cap, rotor, full synthetic oil, mopar filter, then went for a new trans filter and fluid change.

moving forward, found some surface rust under the passenger side. Nothing too bad. just some grinding, some rust reformer, and some paint, then we are good to go.

pulled all that unnessasry stuff from up front. will eventually fix the couple little holes i made cutting out the rust, but its ok for now.
