Nice clean build....props for taking the time to do things the right way and not hacking the crap out of your Jeep.

Rad XJ man. That's a quality lift kit right there. Looking forward to see what else you do to it!

Thanks man, I've been happy with it so far. Hopefully I'll have some pics with some Hutchinson's on there soon.

It is the Peak 1200w and I got it for around $100 a couple years ago. It has worked great so far. I've ran a car vac, work light, soldering iron and probably a few other small things I can't remember, no issues.

EDIT: Found the old link to my install -> https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f67/12...talled-170659/

After I saw them, I couldn't picture buying another wheel. I'll probably be the only XJ running them, so I'll be sure and take lots of pictures.

I hunted for quite some time before I found exactly what XJ I wanted. This had everything I wanted, plus some hidden extras. I might have overpaid at the time, but I was so excited to finally find the perfect XJ, I went ahead and purchased it on 12/30/2009 with 109k miles.

So my journey began into the world of XJ ownership...
I was now part of a privileged group, who once seeing my Jeep, reminded them of one they had owned at one point in time. Everyone seemed to have loved them and wished they still had it.

I am so excited to see how you XJ turns out. I also have a 2001 sport, and mine is still stock. I am waiting like you did, I want to get all my research done.

Nice bro! Only place I've been is Kaena Point and now you have to have a permit. Not much for offroading on island that I know of at least.

Let me know if you need any parts, I have a whole stock suspension just laying around. Plus will be selling my ECCO wheels and possibly the brand new tires soon. Also have a brand new ARB roof rack I'm thinking about letting go.
