lol... no, it most certainly didn't! Didn't know if you'd catch on to it (or if anyone else did) but I was 1-upping the Subaru Commercial where they keep showing these totalled out subby's and then saying "they lived'.... yeah let's see one roll 150 down a cliff and say "they lived" after it.

Won't be dropping in a sunroof but for now it sits under a tarp 90% of the time until a real nice day comes around or I take it off roading. I will eventually put a roll cage in it and when I do I'll cut the rest of the roof out and build either a vinyl top or a plexiglass top

I'd like to cut my roof out and do the sliding ragtop. Kind of on the expensive side, but would be nice to be able to have all that open. I'm also planning on modifying the hatch hinges to be more easily removable as well. No doors, no hatch, open top. That'll be great on those really nice days.

They're actually not to bad. When I do mine I'll be going with this company.

Oh, that's way better than I've found. I think the cheapest one I've found was about 1500, but that was a custom-fit application, not universal. Would be interested to see how well it fits though. That would definitely be a more doable price.

I'm pretty sure this is the one the Detour USA used on his build. I don't think he has had any issues

Also street beat customs used one on his build. Just too much money for me and I wanted a bit wider

Welded on my front frame stiffeners this weekend as well as fixed the two cracks in my frame by the steering box by welding the cracks and plating the underside. Also adjusted my control arms to push my axle forward about an inch and secured my hockey puck bumpstops.
