Both other cars were parked over the line to form a tiny parking spot. Which i parked in to teach them a lesson. The lady in the car used her boyfriend as a spotter to back out...The other lady asked me in line in a packed sandwich shop to move so her daughter could open the door to ge in...I replied equally loudly and publicly that i would, but that technically she was over the line and i wasnt. i proceeded to climb through my passenger door (originally climbed out of the back) to move for her...

Mom traded the 2010 Optima for an awd car for our hill, a 2014 impreza(5-speed!!!)...Dad got jealous and within a week an a half, traded the 2011 Sportage for a 2014 F150 STX Sport 4x4 5.0 V8...My Jeep was dwarfed, BUT we now are kia-free in this household haha. We really never had any problems with the kias, even though moms 2010 was at like 75k-90k(?) but its nice having slightly more exciting cars...Anyways i just wanna put up the pics of the jeep and f150 for comparison haha...the jeep was in a slight puddle/dip and the f150 was a tiny bit flexed so the size difference is even more pronounced...

To do list:
Lift 1-3 inches
Tires
Wheel spacers/new wheels
Rear hitch shackle
Front bumper (JCR?)
Tint (probably 35% on front windows, 5% the rest)
More lights, maybe led (a pillars, roof)
Headlight wiring harness upgrade
6.5" front speakers and move my sony 5.25s from front to rear
sub
amp
Get my 235 mounted as a spare instead of the donut
Seat covers
cb radio
exhaust (flowmaster/magnaflow muffler)/patch leak
Clear turn signals
Black plastic dip emblems, maybe wheels
Then, stage 2...
Dad said no more than 3 inch lift...so later on (when im out of the house)
maybe jump to 4 or 5 and bigger tires/fender flares...plus i dont want it to look too funny till i get bigger tires
lockers (air or cable)
Sway bar disconnects
bigger tires
sye/driveshaft
Rock sliders
Regear
Stage 3:
engine rebuild
power mods...
stroker?
turbo?
supercharger?
cams?
This is just a general game plan, and small stuff (lights, seat covers, etc.) Might be added at any stage...Also I don't have anywhere near the amount of money I need to do all this..these are very long term plans. I suspect that by the time I hit stage 2 or 3 ill have a daily driver im making payments on and will be well into college, if not out of it.

I also would like to eventually fix my ac, blower fan (which only works on 4), and my power locks. I checked the dome light an there was a curcuit board, which means that there used to be remote locks but the remote must have been lost or broken by a previous owner. I also want to add remote start.

So...I've been saving, and I'm still stuck between an OME/cheap shock/coil spacer hybrid pieced-together lift, or a 3" Zone or RC...Or try to convince my dad tk let me go to about 4" with RE...but then id also most likely need an sye...

So my dad has a friend who can install my lify for a couple hundred bucks, opposed to the $400-600 at a shop. I won't install it myself, as mom's car goes in the garage...And we don't have cutting/welding tools or jack stands or a jack or heat guns or anything like that. Also I havr no experience and with school, chauffeurring my little brother, sports, piano, and jazz band, I can't afford to have my jeep out of commission for an indefinite amount of time...So I'll let someone with the right tools and experience handle it.

nice build and i went with the zone lift and if you buy thru rockridge4x4 they do a free nitro shock upgrade. i did there 2in lift on my old 2 door and 3in on my 98 both rode nice on the road. my dad has the 3.5inch iro lift on his zj and he likes it. i mean it all depends on your money situation and how high youd like to go.
