Yeah I"ll try that too. Even if it isn't related couldnt hurt. But it looks like if I let the fuel pump "prime" twice (can't think of what to call it) it starts up with no problems.
So looks like the two things that are on the "To do" list is going to be reagearing to 4.11's (Which my local 4x4 shop will be doing since I have neither the tools nor knowledge required) and ball joints. The latter of which I CAN do fortunately. So what's a good brand? I was looking at some Alloy USA joints. What's everyones opinions on them? http://www.jeep4x4center.com/alloy-u...all-11801.html

I'd just go with some good old spicer ball joints.

Think it depends on how hard you beat on it. If you wheel with no care then sure it could make a difference but for moderate wheeling spicers will be fine, they haven't caused any issues with me.

Went ahead and ordered the spicer replacements from Serious Offroad. Bought a new pinion seal for the rear as well. That should be going in tomorrow.

^^^ Looks good! Looks a little small from the side view, but the other pics make it look nice. Gotta get a wind deflector on the front of it.

So I attempted to do the ballpoints today and ended up rounding out the three bolts holding the hub on. What are my options in getting those very rusty bolts out??? I'm desperate! I can feel and hear the play in it when I turn and go over bumps!!!

Did you use a 12pt 1/2" socket?

Hmm. Dont remember if it was a 12 or 6pt. I'll have to check when I get home. But say it got stripped beyond help. What kind of options would I have then?

You can try the next size smaller socket and beat it on the bolt with a hammer. Then go get some new hardware.
