Thanks man I really love these XJ's. I'm still running 3.55s will be going 4.88s. But buying the green jeep put a dent in my jeep budget. Ill be doing unibody stiffeners and sliders next.
Don't want to kill this unibody.
IRO is coming out with some stiffeners.

Finally got to drive the jeep and it has some wicked drive-line vibes so bad that you cant really drive it. I pulled the rear shaft and all vibes went away so ill be doing a hack and tap this weekend. I'm so tired of being on the garage.

So I've been fighting drive line vibes. Bought shims new rear drive shaft hack and tap got it all back together and I still have vibes. So I got to messing around and put it on jack stands and ran it in 2wd and it turns out that the out put on the t-case is bent.
Its just one thing after another with the new jeep.

Heading out to pick up a new to me t-case and hopefully putting it back together one more time. If this doesn't work I'll have a jeep for sale LOL.

For the quarters and lower part on the door and rocker I used dupli-color truck bed coating from oreilly's.

Cleaned the throttle body and iac today. Then the check engine light came on so I ran the codes 2 codes came up o2 and misfire cyl 6 I'm thanking great misfire cyl 6.
I went ahead a changed both o2's and started to chase down the misfire I pulled the #6 plug and it had no gap what so ever I set the gap and the old jeep runs great.

I haven't really done much to the xj. Rebuilt the t-case new seals and bearings pushed the front axle an 1in forward. Need to take it out for a shake down run.
Tax time is here so i'll be ordering sliders and frame stiffeners thanking about going with detour off road stiffeners.

Changed my mind on stiffeners. IRO just released there stiffeners so anyone looking for stiffeners check them out they are selling them pretty cheap $139 for a trial run price. I'll be picking mine up next week sometime and installing them next weekend then i'm going to run IRO premium sliders.

Well I cant seem to keep a t-case in this thing for the life of me. Drive line vibes came back today. Are 242 cases just that bad? Front out put bearing decided to go out again.
So back to the garage I go.
It's hard to buy upgraded part when you have swap out the t-case once a week.
