They're 42's. I tried to buy his H1's too but he wouldn't let those go.

It goes roughly 18" into the old rails and will be welded on top, bottom, up the front and back.

It's probably only 1/8" (maybe a little thicker) but it's a lot stronger than the stock rails. Plus, I still plan on a basic cage and plating most of the stock rails which should stiffen everything up.

The bathroom renovation is done now so I should be able to jump back on this thing. I ran to pull a part yesterday and picked up a bunch of little stuff since I couldn't find a Dana 60.

Ford Ranger back glass, nice manual mirrors, antenna (gone when I bought it), rear driveshaft (still needs lengthened 1"), and a few fuel/brake line clips.

Also pulled it out of the garage to blow the dust off.

Back window is in and it has just enough room in the top corners for my roll cage to go through the cab. The window will probably get tinted after the jeep has been painted.

I was able to brace the front leaf spring mounts and put some extra support around the rear window this week. Not much is going on this weekend (other than the Super Bowl) so I'd like to have a large part of the floors done by sunday night.

It's taking forever but it's coming along slowly. The passenger side is pretty much done and one section of the driver side is in.

Has anyone ever seen a CPS changed like this? Thanks to the previous owner I guess I'll be patching this too.
