Thanks- It's been a bigger project that I intended but I've enjoyed it.
I've got a question for guys using Rubicon Express rear brake lines. I ordered a 22" line for the back and now I can't get it to quit leaking. I had to run a new hard line up to it, do you think it has the wrong flare or something?

Tacked together the frame work for the inner bed structure using flux core wire. Should be getting a tank of Argon filled soon so it can be fully welded.
I need some opinions, should I narrow the bed rails or leave them as is? The top of the bed rails are about 6" now, narrowing it would give me more room in the bed.

Thanks guys
Going to try to get some more bracing done and maybe some panels cut out tomorrow night. I'd like to build a fuel cell and mount it below the bed floor eventually.

I've been wanting to cut this thing up since I first found the rust, it's taken me about a year to plan and get up the guts to start it.
Most of the bed panels are cut and bracing is tacked in. I can't decide what to do next, I feel like the axle and gas tank needs to come out so the bed can be fully welded but I still have to work on the floor inside the cab too. Decisions.. Decisions...
