1992 Jeep Cherokee
Engine: 4.0 HO inline 6
Tranny: AX-15
Tcase: NP-231
Front Axle: Dana 30
Rear Axle: Chrysler 8.25

Mileage: 275, 900

Just got the jeep this last Saturday, as a gift from my neighbor, for a couple of reasons, one this was his pride and joy, and he didn't have the heart to let it go that far, two this is the first car I every learned to work on, starting when i was twelve, and three, he wanted to see if we could hit 300,000 miles or more on the original engine.

Default Roof Rack

Built this roof rack for another car, but decided it would be better off on the jeep,

Got the idea from this thread: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f58/ho...welding-91566/

Here is how mine finished out, also the switches are for the lights on the rack

Just make sure you change the oil every couple of months and it'll definitely go to 300,000.

Today I pulled off the front fender flares, as well as the plastic paneling within the wheel well, and i also got the front bumper off despite what my dad said say that is was impossible since it had been in an accident so overall pretty great day of work, also got a new stock front bumper for the jeep

Alright had to do some fixing with the jeep, so I had the windshield replaced, the rear brakes replaced, as well as I found this really sweet bike rack from Craigslist, it's called the Mac rac, that's all for now, lift should be coming this week

so i have the main power to relays, then to the switches, than i ran all the light wires under the carpet from the center console then up the rear driver side interior column, then out to my roof rack and through the center pipe to the front.

also i put discountable wire plugs up in the rear gate, so i can take off the rack when i need to pull in to the garage after my lift.

Here are some photos, hope this helps.
