Time for some maintenance. She ordered front hawk performance pads, rotors, rear brake shoes and the hardware kit. Found out the harmonic balancer is on its way out so next will be a new HB and then an aux transmission cooler/temp gauge.
We have about 4 months to prep our Jeeps for the 5 hour ride up to Maine for RMPTs warrior salute event. Once all this snow melts aways, Ill be able to start working on the Jeeps again and keep this thread up to date

We did the brakes last weekend, everything went great. After the break in process, that thing stops on a dime. I was able to lock up all 4 35s in a parking lot!
Yesterday we took care of the harmonic balancer, upper radiator hose, thermostat, flushed the heater core, front drive shaft ujoints and greased everything.
Next project is fixing the intermittent wiper motor, I'm pretty sure it's just a bad ground. The aux transmission cooler and temp gauge. And then the rear bumper

No, I don't lick fish.
Hey man, you should head over and enter in COTM. Open to everyone this month and they're hurting for entries.

It has 2" shackles and spacers with a 3" or 3.5" lift kit. Sometime maybe this summer we're going to do relocators in the back and switch to a different spring in the front, havent decided what yet though. She wants to go another inch taller

Do you have any drive line vibrations with that much lift? It looks good either way, I have a 96 4 door and I'm considering a 3.5 inch re kit and just cutting to fit since it's kind of a daily

We ended up putting the front tube bumper back on and rewelded the brackets so the factory tow hook I bought her would fit. With the 1/4" steering plate and tow hook bracket, it wasnt fitting in the stock location.
Also picked up a bunch of little random things from a part out like new dash vents, wiper motor, switches, spare axle shafts, etc.
Her Bday is coming up soon so Ill probably just buy her the trans cooler and gauge along with some solid diff covers

Been awhile since I've updated but we got some stuff done. I got her a solid front diff cover that I painted for her, a spectra high flow filter and a b&m aux trans cooler. Just installed the trans cooler and a new radiator this weekend as well as the air filter. Next up is spark plugs and the front diff cover.
We got a lot of stuff to do before our trip to Maine for the warrior salute event. We picked up a set of stock cherokee snowflake rims for the ride up to save gas and wear and tear on the jeep/Tires
We also picked up a 2004 grand cherokee overland edition! We plan on getting a trailer so we can tow one of the other jeeps with it
