hey, it works... until the heat from the exhaust manifold heats up the zip ties and they snap.... then it's back to foot-in' it.

Yeah... kind of out of stock on that at the moment... but that's in the queue of options.

Also had time to install cruise control. Took me about half an hour to do it.

Out with the old Grimace; The purple haze.-image-399369300.jpg

Non cruise clockspring on top and cruise clockspring on bottom Grimace; The purple haze.-image-1394014470.jpg

Complete with buttons and all Grimace; The purple haze.-image-3603067422.jpg

Completed!

Note how the older style air bag would have interfered. I took the smaller airbag from the crawler. I either should put the older one on the crawler with blanks removed or find another smaller air bag.

no clue on the legality of shipping an air bag but i'd trade you the small cruise control style air bag for the non cruise one. i have an SE with manual everything but yet a cruise steering wheel.

well ****, there goes that idea. ORM-D classification, burst proof packaging(200lbs rating) and some paperwork to fill out... sounds like a PITA.
