I also went down to DYNO-COMP in Scottsdale, AZ yesterday...pulled some good baseline numbers before i do some new performance and cooling upgrades... on 37" tires the XJ pulled 115hp and 153ft-lbs of torque. Not bad for a stock ATK motor. Next up:
aFe Power stage 2 Cold Air Intake
aFe Power Twist Header
Painless 62mm Throttle Body
Yella Terra Roller Rockers
Flex-a-Lite XJ Cooling System Upgrade!

Congrats on making the covers!!
Are those Yella Terras 1.7 ratio?
Are you going to use that paper exhaust/intake gasket or get a Victor Reinz metal one?
So..... Next step = supercharger???

Thanks ORFXJ about the info on the bumpers! Are the quarter panels textured also and is the bushwaker flares been textured cause they look more shiny/textured than the ones on my jeep?

Exceptional build, there is an XJ here in Rochester Hills, Michigan very much like your build but with an ATK (Chrysler 4.7 Stroker). I am also in the midst of a build with a 4.6 Golen Stroker, ARB lockers front and rear on the stock rebuilt axles which will be fine for everything this state's topography can throw at it. Really cool rig and you have certainly inspired many, thanks for sharing your build openly it is very difficult to glean what the best options for parts are, your build helps to shed light on most questions, very thorough build. How difficult was the Atlas install? I have been trying to find a reason to install one but the well is running dry and the CFO wife is not on board
