Thanks man, I love it. Took it out for 9 hours today haha. I went into the crazy "I have to catch at least one more" mode. Only caught 2 the whole day, but had a blast.

It's my second favorite purchase behind my jeep.

Totally jealous right now. I could definitely see that being a second favorite. Man... makes me really wish I didn't sell my Gheenoe.

Finally decided to start working on the Cherokee again. I had to take a break from it for awhile, because it was getting to the point where it was just an annoyance and I would've started doing things half-assed.

I got the last big patch done today and mostly welded in.

Next weekend I'll hopefully get the floors completely done and move on to the outside

Sweet 'yak, bro.

What's the update? I'm still looking to purchase my first Cherokee, and watching you repair the floors is giving me hope that I can do mine as well.

Keep it up.

Sorry. Reading your other build threads, I see that you're working on the Comanche right now. Keep it up.

I'm actually about working on it again. There's a wheeling event in October, so I'm gonna try and get it ready for that.
I'll have an update in about 2 weeks or so.

I finally have an update!

Over the past 2 weekends I've:
-Dug it out of its grave and cleaned all the mouse crap out (that was fun)
-Finished the floor. It just needs sealed and bedlined now.
-Put on new wheels and tires on

-Cut and fold the quarter panels. Mine were extremely rusted, so I had to do mine differently than than the regular method. I took enough pictures to make a write-up if anyone is interested.

Next weekends plan:
-Bedline floors and undercoating underneath
-Trim fenders
-Start on rockers

I was back and forth about doing the cut n fold quarters.... but I think I'm gonna go ahead and add that to the list.

I think I will. 'Cause based on how many times I've dragged my tailpipe on the ground already, I think I'll used that extra space as a place to re-route the exhaust a-la boostworks:

Not the huge custom tip, but just the routing, mind you.

I've never seen that, that's a great idea.

I'm gonna make a wrap around bumper for mine.
