Thanks, the original XJ skid I had was to twisted up to be used at all.
The Rustys skid I bought used was bent up pretty bad but I straightened it in the press. The angles weren't right for my IRO skid so I cut it up and welded the right angles to it.

Also I put the shock extensions on, so an extra 4" of down travel gained.

Little Patch Work:

Also installed some heat matting above the exhaust.

Works good now, just curious how it will do when it gets wet...

Velly nice.... I've been needing to patch holes in my floors too. I was originally going to do my lift this weekend, but after finding a wasp flying around in my jeep after it had been sealed up, I think I might tackle the floors instead. That's all I need is a wasp's nest in my DD

Last summer, my wife and I were driving the Jeep to Church with the doors off.
About a mile down the road she started screaming coming out of her seat.
So I pulled over to see what was going on...

A Wasp had built a nest off the door hinge on the passenger side.
I killed him and took the nest down, about that time a sheriffs deputy pulled over to see what was wrong.

That made for an eventful morning.

LOL!!!! Wow! Yeah, coming out of the seat when the doors are off and the Jeep's moving - not a good combo. Man, I'll bet that was eventful!

I picked up just about the same set out of the junkyard a while back... still not sure exactly what I want to wire to them yet.
