That was the whole idea. Going to make some plates that I'll engrave for labels. Going to try and match the Jeep Font as close as possible.

Switches
Yes the clock actually uses the whole area even though the led's are at the top of the plate. So it would be one or the other.
I did something similar with my son's XJ for fog lights. I really like having my clock in the dash, but it is such a great spot for the E-locker switches. My son snagged a plat while we were a the yard one day in case I wanted it.
I really like the idea of using the stock switches with the light indicator in it for the locker switch. like I said before it will look like it came stock with lockers.
Don't want high jack your thread but I thought that you appreciate the similarity of your project and how yours is inspiring me to do mine some day the same way you did yours.

Still coming along, ran the roof lights:
Finished the junction box wiring last night, originally planned for the relays to also be inside the box but it was too small.
So I made a bracket to hold all the relays (including a spare slot):
Also picked up some new dash bulbs as they were burned out:

Well getting closer...
The Junction Box is mounted were the old ABS pump was.
It's feed by two 12ga wires and from there the power distribution is done inside.
The Relays are mounted on the fire wall up on the driver side:
In the picture you can see the mess of wires from all the various signals.
However, it's a little cleaner once everything was plugged up:
Still need to run my homemade head light harness:
Once that's done It'll be time to test.
ReTest...
Then the Final Wire Clean Up

Little more work today, I installed some new 5.25" speakers up front and two 5x7s in the rear hatch.

New Bigger Transcooler installed:
Also upgraded the headlight harness, Major Improvment!
Even changed the oil.

Well I would say the Transcooler and other mods paid off over the past week.
She never got above 210 driving the mountain roads even with a leaking T-Stat that started happening some where around mile 400...
Highest Point on the Blue Ridge Park Way: 6047ft
Emergency Gear under the seat and in the floor boards:
Camping Gear in the back by day:
Curtains up and Bed out for the night:
Highest Road on the East Coast:
My Wife in Her Apple Orchard
Total Trip Mileage:
