You're either going to have to do this or go full hydro, not sure what else can be done. You could do offset TRE's and run inverted T, but that's prone to tie Rod roll and this was cheaper with the discounted heim prices I got.

You could if you are confident in your welding abilities. Or just team the stock XJ pitman arm and try that. The stock tie Rod is beefy, mine has a slight bend in it somehow.

Well i was going to make a drag link from dom and either have it tapped or try to find a tube insert to accept the tre for the axle side and just use a heim on the drag link like now.

I'm highly jealous of your progress. I haven't done **** with my axles yet, I had to go back to day shift, and I don't have a garage to work in, so I have no time to work on my **** until the days get a little longer. My woods jeep hasn't even been touched in a month and a half.

Track bar clears everything. It's offset and shouldn't be an issue with the minimal uptravel I'll have.
Real estate is non existent on this thing. Mounting this hydro ram is a *****.

Got the hydro ram mounts burned in today. Sold my 60 rear and rubber run flats to a friend so I got a little bit of change to use on something.
Test fit my front tires today and got the brakes installed. My redneck fab clears by the wheel by the width of a pube. Well, I had to grind about 1/8" off the 3/8" plate, but that was only because of the wheel weights. Spins free and is all the way up against the rotor. Pretty proud I didn't screw that up.
Might still trim some off my sliders depending on how the tires stuff, but I stretched it as far as I could without major incident.
The front inner fender will be reshaped eventually. Cowl intake and the battery in the back I guess.
