The small diesels are tough to work on, our work had a diesel VW & I kept letting them know it wasn't running right. We've got about 20 heavy equipment & diesel mechanics working here.
They couldn't figure it out, took the VW dealership a while to get it right too. They had to fly in a diesel tech guy from another state to get it dialed in correctly.

Well some idiot from Canada won the auction for $3,300. He got the final bid in the closing minutes to win. Then he sent me a message saying he just realized he doesn't have enough money to pay for it.
I sent out second chance offers to the next bidders. If anyone on the forum wants it I'll do $2,500. I need to get this thing out of my driveway ASAP. Open to trades as well.
