Default Project Cadillac

I'm gonna retry a build thread now that I've figured out how to post pictures on here.

Well, I titled this 'The Cadillac' because that's what my aunt calls my jeep. It's a 1989 XJ Laredo with about 250k miles on the ticker.

Justly so!
It became mine after being my dad's for 10 years. He went and bought the XJ I was gonna get (though he only gained bigger lift, tires, and a high output).
It's got a cheap 4" lift that was installed about 80k miles ago and 31x10.50 Primewell PA100s that have 30k on them. The rubber's wrapped around 15x8.5 3.25 bs steelies that I wire brushed, bed lined, and watched the rust come back.
I've got some Hella 500s that I got for $10 at Walmart because the cashier messed up , and a couple KCs I found in the garbage at work.

I've also got a budget stereo. The HU is a Sony GT-250, front doors are pioneer 5 1/4"s and 6x9s in the hatch. I've got a Kicker Comp 10 with a Rockwood 300w amp too. The whole set-up cost me $210 and it does exactly what I want it to do

I've got more mods coming, just took off my manifolds today to find that APNs DO NOT WORK ON RENIX SET UPS!!! Also a Flow Master super 10 is awaiting installment on a 2.5" exhaust.

I'll post'em as they come!

I'd rather do my homework!! lol If I could get a guy to do a good job on it for $200-$300 I'd go for a digital snow/urban camo.

Does anyone know what this is? It came in the box of goodies along with wire, splices, shrink wrap, clamps, and some other stuff.

I found some rustoleum 1200* paint at school today. I just need another can so I can do a couple more coats.

5.5" exhaust tip? I think so! I slipped it on my dad's tail pipe and boy does it lower the tone Gonna sell my used tires this weekend then I'll have some exhaust money

I think it would..... 4.0 heads can be bolted up to a 4.2 block to gain the fuel injection. I haven't heard anything about whether the 4.2 manifold is kept or if it gets switched along with the intake. Idk
Why a 4.2?

4.0 was ripped out of the jeep before i bought it due to the computer getting wet, no doors or windows, the previous owner wanted to put a big block in the jeep but didnt have the skills to do it and sold the jeep, i bought the jeep for 100 and a neighbor gave me a 4.2 for free cause he did a v8 swap on his yj. that and now there is no computer. simplified. the 4.2 runs great or at least it did last time it was run
