When I welded the under truss I didn't wait long enough between welds so it warped the tube down a little bit so the passenger side wheel is tucked in at the bottom wearing my tire funky.
To fix this I will chain it down on a bench, heat the axle a the affected area with a torch and use a large pry bar to bend it back straight. Thats the plan at least lol.
I was told by a good buddy that he does every time he accidentally bends axles from welding.
And no axle shaft issues at all. Everything is fine other than its a major eye sore to see your tire crooked

We have made our second installment of the volvo topic. Much has been learned. On this episode we explain and show what you are looking for when you take your trip to the junkyard.
We're not to most knowledgable people in the business either, what we may have said could always be wrong to someone else understanding. So if there is anything you think we got completely wrong please make it known.
Also any suggestions on what kind of videos you would want to see done in the future are welcome. Chances are we can make it happen.
Happy hunting. Your feedback is what is most important.

New video is up! If you want to know a little bit about the ford 8.8 axle swap what all it can offer here you go. Take a look!
It's nothing too in depth but gives you an idea of whats involved.

Gave the Audio department an upgrade today. My Dual stereo was going out and it got to be too much to bear so I upgraded to a Kenwood. Of course, I ended walking out of Best Buy with a new 600watt Kicker amp as well to compliment my Kicker speakers I already have. I also have a 12" Audiobahn sub already.
The previous owner had a rats nest of wires behind the radio so my friend and I had to fix what was done. Replaced with a properly done harness.
Sounds 10x better now. Kicker doesn't suck and isn't god awful expensive.

I haven't done much lately. Been building the race jeep. Cage is pretty much done now so I can start getting back to mine. I did recently put in Synergy hood pins and a BlueTorch Fab fron Diff cover.
Hopefully once the cage is done on my buddy's I can rip my axle out and unbend the darn thing and do front stiffeners while I'm at it. Then it's off to more tube work!
