Blue Beast RE 4.5 Build
So time has come for me to Start givin my Xj some lovin
It's a 1992 4.0 I6 Limited. Used to be black and gold, but now painted blue and black
Here's the snow on it, which doesn't happen very much here in st george (also my Christmas present Jumper box)
Anyways I've ordered my Lift and all the goodies that supplement it
I ordered
4.5 Superflex lift from Rubicon express.
Steering Stabilizer from RE also
4 5100 Bilsteins from Shockwarehouse.com
Sye hack n tap and CV from Iron Rock off road
1 blue shock boot from Amazon
Any guesses on what came first?
Yea, I was kinda sad about that.
But The shocks and Sye+Driveline have shipped and should be here this week
I called RE and they are on back order for my Trackbar and UCA's but should be here next week (Jeep gods permitting)
I was kinda bummed cause school starts here on monday, but it's all good, what better time to do it anyways
Tell me what you guys think. The only bad thing is that i just put some 235 75 15's Toyo Open Country's A/T on them and Im not sure they'll be changed anytime soon (I know, it's gonna look weird for a while).
I'd love to at some point get some different wheels, tires and bushwackers. but, at this point they'd have to be used, cause this has already gone a lil over budget Got 2 more fog lights but I need to get a rack before those
Well Ill post when the items are here and ill put some photo's up!

That's pretty close to the same setup I want to put under mine. I'm looking forward to seeing the work.
Did you have your Jeep sprayed or did you do it yourself?

No previous owner sprayed. I want to scrape it all off, stop the rust and redo it the same color but better and I'd eventually get armor and do it the same color

So, i found out my shocks will be here monday. I talked to RE and hopefully im going to get my steering stabilizer and degree shims shortly.
Anyone know if i should wait for an alignment untill my stabilizer is on?
I've been really pushing it with my new tires, i needed an alignment like yesterday
Anyways I did some engine tuning up today as i hate working on my friends jeep now that it's lifted, so i decided i should get it out of the way
New TPS, IAC New battery terminals, Oil, Filter.
Installing the new blinker this weekend (grr stupid design Chrystler)
Bought a new breather tube that goes from air filter box to the top of engine closest to the firewall, havent put it on yet, it sounds like it's leaking but a couple buddies said it wasn't (We used a small tube and shrink wrap a couple months ago and i dont remember it leaking) but it might be too small, ill see when i redo it this weekend
Pictures of full lift up when i get all the stragglers here.
Freaking Excited

Tore the steering column apart tonight and put a new blinker lever on. Let me say this, I love this website. I started at 4 and got done at 10 With the directions and help. Have no clue how long it would've taken without ya
Stabilizer here tomorrow, Shocks and new Side marker lights tomorrow Degree shims on Wednesday and Starting the lift next Friday, Psyched
On a different note, I got backed into today at the body shop I work at..
Sucks but the guys took care of it, ordered me a new end cap and are painting it asap.

That definitely looks like a complete suspension replacement to me. Not exactly gonna be a lot of stock parts left under there when you're done. :P
I like that blue color.

Tell you what, out of all my new parts, these are the most bad *****
Now I just have to fight the urge to put it on before the weekend because of school.
Friday, come faster.
