So broke a breaker bar on the same bottom Balljoint of passenger side. Oh well finally got it all apart and new Moog Uppers and lowers installed on both.
Installed new calipers, new tie rod end, new drag link, new drag link end (to pitman arm), replace diff fluid in D30 and inspected all bolts inside diff, checked teeth in D30, and made sure Aussie Locker bolts were still to torque specs.

After 2 years I finally installed my rock sliders! Been sitting in garage for a rainy day or for me to get off my lazy butt!
