Default 96 xj sport dd/ww

im new here so im gonna start a build thread. let me kno what yall guys think. i bought this jeep less then six months ago and have installed a 3 inch rough country lift. removed the flares. bedlined the rockers and trimmed the fenders to clear the 33's

i finally got my new bumper. i ordered the jcr offroad stage 3 front bumper. i believe it was well worth the wait. its sweet lookin. Ill post up pics as soon as i can.

take off the rear sway bar it will flex way better in the rear

I plan on taking off the rear swaybar. right now ive still got it on until i buy my new lift. and since im only runnig 3 inches of lift. flex is limited with 33's

nice rig man. when you trimmed your rear, did u fold back the flaps or cut just below the spot welds? if you folded them back how far apart did you cut the flaps.? i want to that to my rear fenders as well but did know how much to cut.

thanks. i did the cut and fold in the rear. i cut about 2 inches apart and when i cut the bends cut about every inch or half inch

i havent been on here in a while so i fiqured it was time for a few updates. i put a cold air intake on and and a trottle body spacer, and removed the carpet in the front

Jeep is looking nice. I live in Mt. Sidney Va. Not to far from Grottoes.. I have two jeeps, 2000 Wrangler with 4" lift and extras and a 1997 XJ with 8" lift sitting in a friend of mines garage with work to be done to it before it's trail/road worthy. We'll have to hook up some time and do some wheeln. Keep the build going..

ive got some family over in mt sidney. i plan on putting about 6.5 inches of lift on mine prolly in the next few months

ive got some pretty big plans for it. 6.5 inch lift,maybe 35s,lockers,rear bumper with tire carrier,winch and hopefully a dana 44 in the rear once i find one.

Yea. 6.5 will b nice. I don't wanna go to big. Was thinkin about 8 inch at one time but I don't kno if I wanna put an 8 in it.
