Even cleaner...the only sign of use is the drivers seat...The ***** and buttons don't even look used. Only issues are the drivers side rear window doesn't work, and only the rear roof speakers work, oh and the blower motor resistor I'm swapping out later today.

New injectors, fuel rail and quick connect last week. This past weekend:

Figured the ZJ didn't need nice new shiny steering anymore so I stole it for the XJ.

I say cut the frame rails out and put in a tube frame like "ref2379's "Framed XJ" project. You could have a framed ZJ... which would be an amazing platform for a full on hardcore crawler. Already has the 5.2 in it, so you'd just need tons, a doubler, then an exo... dooooo iiiiiiiit!

Got rid of the obnoxious cherry bomb. Put on a thrush and Walker pipe. Now the exhaust actually goes out the back rather than underneath the car, the whole thing doesn't rattle the interior and I can hear myself think...and I can hear the valves clicketty clacking away...

Yeah, Cherry Bombs sound like crap on the 4.0 IMO

Anyone know of a better place to get them?

Here's my list let me know if i am missing anything.
Backing plates(all parking hardware?)
52128414AB Right (replaced by 52128414AC)
52128415AB Left (replaced by 52128415AC)
Backing Plate Studs x8
Rotors
Calipers(with bolts)
Pads
Wheel Studs x10
Parking brake cables
Loop the KJ one
Brake lines (ZJ?)(Caliper to hard line?)
H380528 Brake hoses?
Axle seals
8835S Timken rear axle seals
Axle Bearings?
Diff fluid
Well by the time I get everything priced out I'll be over $400...

I think I'll get his kit and maybe do it next weekend...
I'll still need a few wheel studs(have some from my old front hubs), axle seals and I think e-brake cables, but I think I'll try to mod the stock ones to work(not like they work now anyways...lol).

Night one of disk brake swap. Got the axles out, wheel studs swapped, wheel bearings and seals removed, backing plates off, backing plate bolts out and busted both brake lines. I haven't been able to get in contact with Blaine: what bolts do I use to mount the backing plates to the axles? The ones on the backing plates are to big to fit through the holes on the axle flange and the extra ones labeled for the d44 or 8.8 are a bit small for the backing plate holes. Or does that not really matter? Also the ones that came on the backing plate seem just as long as the original.

I think I'm leaning towards using the slightly smaller longer bolts.
