Here are a few pictures from my cell phone. Ill get my canon out tonight or tomorrow and get real pictures too. I have to put in a drop pitman arm and SYE still. The driveshaft doesn't have any vibration but I don't wanna tear up new parts so I'm just going to get it over with. My T-case is also stuck in 4x4 right now so the front axle is disengaged until I can figure out how the adjust it.

Still stock

Rear End Dropped

With the 33's on

Sitting on the floor

This morning at work.

Again

Go for it. That is the general style of most of the homemade racks on here. Half welded the other half just screwed together. I had 5 33's on top of it Saturday morning and it held together just fine.

They are the rough country nitro 9000.

It was just spacers all around. 2 inch leaf spacer in the back with longer shackles and 3.5inch spring spacers up front. Nothing special.

So far i really like them. I have only had It done for about 24 hours so time will tell. Once I figure out whats going on with the tcase I will go play with the flex and see how it does but I wanna make sure I have 4 wheel drive first.

The lift came out great. Those 33's look good on there but you didn't post anymore on the door hinge pins and how they function. Any updates on those w/pics?

I had some problems with my doors. I ended up having to use a sawzall to cut a couple. I literally spent 6 hours on two doors working on them so I didn't get any pictures yet. The one thing that I can tell you is that JB weld isn't a great way to hold the pins in. If you can tack them with a welder it will work way better. Im planning on getting more pictures soon but I had to do the lift/everything else last weekend while I had access to the lift. Ill get you more details on it soon.

Im stuck in 4hi. The lever is in 2hi but my front shaft is still spinning. I disconnected my front axle so I can drive on the hwy without tearing things up but im not sure whats wrong with it.

Thats a super easy fix. If you look up next to i think the drivers side of the tcase where the actual shift lever is there is an adjustment you make there.

SHIFT LINKAGE ADJUSTMENT
(1) Shift transfer case into 4L position. (make sure your shifter is fully in the 4L position)
(2) Raise vehicle.
(3) Loosen lock bolt on adjusting trunnion (Fig.
87).
(4) Be sure linkage rod slides freely in trunnion.
Clean rod and apply spray lube if necessary.
(5) Verify that transfer case range lever is fully
engaged in 4L position. (you can do this under the vehicle at the transfer case)
(6) Tighten adjusting trunnion lock bolt.
(7) Lower vehicle

Basically, you are just ensuring that the position you put the lever inside the vehicle is the same position that the tcase lever is in and then tightening the locking bolt.

You sir are amazing. Thanks for the tip. I will crawl under there this weekend when I put in my starter, for the third time this week.

On a side note, never buy parts from car quest. I have been through two starters this week already.

They keep slipping. I'm crossing my fingers that the next one will actually work.

Took a somewhat better picture this morning. I need to head to the mountains this weekend if I can find some free time.

Did that take care of your issue? Are you sure that your fly wheel isn't messed up?

I havent had time to climb under it yet so I'm not sure. The flywheel is new so im assuming that its the t-case.
