I'm not taking sides here, and I did read the posts in the other forum.

We will not become a political voice for anyone

Robo, it is your site, do as you wish. But I have to ask, was the thread really a polital voice or platform for anyone? There was really no debate, no questions, answers, nothing. It was simply one of your members, premium, with alot of posts on your forum, sharing information with people that may not have heard about said legislation. Personally I have heard nothing about Moab. I welcomed the information.

So you have seen his particular insurance policy??? You know the specifics of his zoning permits and all of the requirements contained therein?? You know all of the covenants placed on him by the local regulartory bodies??

Yes, many theme parks do allow kids under a certain age in free, and then ban them from many of the rides... But that is specifics of their particular insurance, legal and corporate policies. You are once again attempting to compare two non-similar situations.

Kids 13 and under are free. There are offroad parks in Ohio that charge $10 per person even passengers and they are only open for4 or 5 hours. My wife,1 kid and myself can go to js for $35 for 3 days includes our camping and everything. They even have an onsite garage with every tool possible and mechanics to help you fix your rig and get back on the trails for free. All you pay is parts. Where else does that . For free. You can also wheel from 8 am til midnight. Ive never been there but Im going. Sounds good to me!

any off road park i've ever been to has charged extra for passengers.
