Default Where to ride????

I live in Greenville, SC. I'm looking for local places to ride. I know of some places, but they are all 3 hours away. Is there anything closer? I work crazy hours and most of the time it's hard to plan a trip. If I have to drive 3 + hours, I'd like to spend more than a day at the destination. I'm not looking for anything extreme. Moderate trails suit me just fine. I like wooded trails with hills to climb and a few rocks in the way wouldn't be so bad either. Just something fun and close to wheel on my day off.
