I would man but after driving there and back from Valdese and hitting the trails it will cost more than I can afford in gas. If you guys ever go somewhere closer let me know...my neighbor has a 99 XJ and hes always up for some fun. I just moved here so not sure of a closer place but count us in next time!! Have fun and take a gang of pix!!! Most of all be safe!!!

Is Brown Mountain out towards Hickory right? I thought that was only for 4wheelers. I know there trails are narrow, even for jeeps.

Well I went to a site and was able to get their brochure on PDF and it says they have trails for vehicles and they opened April 1st for the "season" until like January. So....if I get more info i'll let you know..like price and rules of the park..stuff like that!

Did you guys ever go up to Brown Mountain? Just kinda wondering what the trails are like up there. I want to find a place to take my little XJ wheelin at but shes pretty much stock for the moment so I can't take on something real crazy just yet.
