Default SWVA Trails

Just looking to see if anyone knew any trails close to SWVA. I'm right ont he TN/KY border about 30miles from each. Would like to find something in the Wise/Norton/Big Stone Gap/Appalachia, something like that.

Not sure about any trails. Im from Lebanon near Abingdon. About an hour and half from tricities. Ive been looking for some places also.

Cool beans, I live in Lebanon too I've been trying to find some trails around here myself, with no luck.
