Default Replacing 0331 head in VB

Hey guys it seems my 2000 XJ has the 0331 head crack. Anyone in the Hampton Roads area have experience with the head swap? I'm looking to replace it myself if I can get some extra hands and experience for help. If anyone can help or offer advice let me know. Thanks in advance!

I have never done this but would love to help. I really enjoy turning wrenches. Let me know if you need another hand.
