I'm gonna guess little Cesar's? Their pizza usually sucks from what I've had.... Back in the day(like 15-20 years ago when I was a little kid) they had the best pizza.... Then I think they went out of business for a while, at least locally.

Your right, they just up in left in the late 90s. Made a random resurgence a couple of years ago. Now I can't drive more than two miles with out seeing one. Good business model.
